"I requested a service call yesterday in the am. Hammond contacted me that afternoon and set up an appointment for today. Eric Hammond and son, Chris, showed up ready to work!! Eric checked out the duck work and went to town for a piece of pipe to close the gap in the system. He was back quickly and did the repair. He was dirty and sweaty when he came out of the attic.
