"My wife and I just had Joyce Cooling and Heating install duct work, air conditioning unit (Lennox) as well as a ductless mini split in our lower level. We received three bids for the project and selected Joyce for several reasons including, the salesman (Abe) that helped us and his level of responsiveness and consistent communication. We also liked the brands that Joyce partners with and installs - Lennox and Mitsubishi and from my research are the two best brands on the market. Our positive experience continued after we made the selection to hire Joyce for this large (4 day) project. They scheduled us in within days of making the decision and showed up early the first day (big bonus points in my book). The caliber of professionalism, courteousness, thoroughness and communication was present in every aspect of their work and across all of their employees. After each day they cleaned the work area and made sure it was left the way they found it. They completed the job earlier than expected and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Each employee we interacted with at Joyce was polite, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. We have shared our positive experience with everyone we have spoken to about our recent home improvement and am a firm believer in voting with my dollars for businesses that deserve it and Joyce has won our vote. "Bill was willing to install a heat pump system that I purchased, even though his default was Bosch. His son and helper did the install over two days. It was getting late when they finished and the unit worked, although it whistled. I let Bill McGinley know but couldn't get them to come out to resolve the problem for over a week. Bill figured out that air was being sucked in between the top bottom front panels on the ACIQ central unit and did a workaround -- taping over it. The manufacturer ACIQ was no help in acknowledging that there was a problem with their product. I made a mistake paying on the basis of the quote rather then requiring an invoice. When I tried to apply for the NHSaves rebate, they wanted an invoice. Bill was not very responsive in sending me the invoice. He did when I told him NHSaves would be contacting him. But he was very accommodating in doing the work i wanted done instead of doing what he was used to doing."
