Provided a pressure check; which was high and submitted a couple of solutions with quotes. No hard sales pitch - I passed on these options and there was no push back. Not saying their recommendations weren't without merit, simply something I did not want to pursue at this time. Once we established this, Tyler did an excellent job in performing the task on the water heater. I would definitely use again and highly recommend Hope."

We have been using it this winter and even in the coldest period, it kept the temperature perfect. Chris did the install in minimal time and with professionalism. He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."
