"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

However, I will say their communication advising me of the status was excellent. Rescheduled for the next day. Called from tech prior to arrival and providing me an estimated time. Tyler was very professional and thorough. Performed an overall check of my water system. Of course in IN there isn't any "good" water. Provided a pressure check; which was high and submitted a couple of solutions with quotes. No hard sales pitch - I passed on these options and there was no push back. Not saying their recommendations weren't without merit, simply something I did not want to pursue at this time. Once we established this, Tyler did an excellent job in performing the task on the water heater. I would definitely use again and highly recommend Hope."

We have been using it this winter and even in the coldest period, it kept the temperature perfect. Chris did the install in minimal time and with professionalism. He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."

He did a thorough check of our air conditioning system and let us know we needed new dampers and a control board. I was so impressed by Steve's customer service that I signed up for Steve's annual service agreement. Rest assured, I will not be calling another contractor for HVAC needs. They also fixed our furnace this winter, and they are great for services. They charged us $49 for the furnace part the part was $166. Since they fixed the furnace in the winter and you're in our database, you'll be receiving a decent price for a service call. So, I guess they will charge us just $49 for a service call. The guy that came out, his name was Connie and he's the one that fixed the furnace. We had another company come three times and try to fix that furnace for us this winter. He walked in the backdoor, and stood in front of the furnace and said it needed whatever it was that it needed. He put it in, and it worked perfectly ever since. We were really unhappy with the other company. He walked in and fixed it. We couldn't ask for anything more. We've already used them twice. We used them for our furnace and for our air conditioner."
