"Paul did two terrific jobs for me since March. First, my heater went out. (It was old, so I was not surprised.) He did not try to sell me a new air heat system, just the heater. It was much less than I expected, and he installed it very quickly. A couple of months later, my A/C went out. He tried two minor repairs, and the second one worked, so a new unit was not needed. For each job he carefully explained what he was doing and gave me options. When my A/C unit does need to be replaced, I will definitely call him."
