"I had a little plumbing emergency a little after 9 PM in which a valve on an ancient water softener in my utility room began leaking very badly, turning into a stream rather than the slow drop it had been for a long time. I tried turning the valve all the way off, but it continued with a steady leak. I tried wrapping plumber’s tape around it, but to no avail. I started getting panicky, thinking of it getting worse and worse and my utility room being flooded by morning and my well run dry. I texted photos of my water softener to him and he looked at them and gave me verbal instructions for bypassing the water softener so the streaming leak would stop, but I would still have water coming out my faucets. What a relief it was to see the stream of water slow down, then become s drip, then stop altogether. Disaster averted! Jason would not accept payment for the telephonic assistance he provided, but when I am ready to get a new water softener installed, Climate Control will definitely be the one I call!"
