"My wife and I just had Joyce Cooling and Heating install duct work, air conditioning unit (Lennox) as well as a ductless mini split in our lower level. We received three bids for the project and selected Joyce for several reasons including, the salesman (Abe) that helped us and his level of responsiveness and consistent communication. We also liked the brands that Joyce partners with and installs - Lennox and Mitsubishi and from my research are the two best brands on the market. Our positive experience continued after we made the selection to hire Joyce for this large (4 day) project. They scheduled us in within days of making the decision and showed up early the first day (big bonus points in my book). The caliber of professionalism, courteousness, thoroughness and communication was present in every aspect of their work and across all of their employees. After each day they cleaned the work area and made sure it was left the way they found it. They completed the job earlier than expected and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Nick and his team were able to provide an estimate for the system, and it was substantially lower than others I received. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain why his was lower and why the system he was recommended was the most appropriate for the size of home we have. Work was scheduled, and the crew arrived on time and complete the job in 2+ days. They explained operation to my daughter, and provided complete instructions on maintenance. They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."
