He was very honest with me and said that the cause could just be a clogged filter or the motor was going. Since I called him near the end of the a/c season he told me to replace the filter first to see if that worked ($5 fix). If not, he would come back at the beginning of next season and replace the motor on the a/c. Ali didn't even charge me for the service call. Great honest company that I would recommend."
