He took one look and stated we needed to replace entire a/c furnace unit for $3100. Told us it would cost about the same to clean. No way I could afford that so went on Angie's List to find someone and read Sam's review's. He came out and told me the cost at $425 to clean. Which was fantastic. He spent about 2 1/2 to 3 hours and did a wonderful job. Ended up paying total $625 once he was done and asked me before doing anything additional that would cost more. "I’ve used this company twice. My husband has a medical condition that is affected by heat. The first time the air conditioner wasn’t working they made every effort to assess the problem immediately when I explained the medical condition. At the time they corrected the problem I was advised the system was probably 20 years old and we may have to consider a new system soon. The second time I contacted Comfortable Carla’s was about 4-6 weeks later when the system wasn’t working again. This lead to a system replacement. I was provided with different options, my questions were answered and the installation was completed as quickly as possible, especially in view of my husband’s medical issue. The staff was was professional, efficient and kept me apprised all throughout the process. I highly recommend this company."

"Bernie is incredible- no, really. I could not have asked for a better technician today. After a month of no A/C and getting the run around with our warranty company (besides the point), Bernie showed up and saved the day. He took the time to really explain the problem, the steps he took to fix it, and some helpful tips for the future. After repairing our AC unit he walked around the house upstairs and down in the basement to show me how to control the force of air coming out of the vents. He is so friendly and so great.
