I think they're kind of expensive but, well they're probably no more expensive than others.  It always cost a lot when you have to have repairs done.  They are always very responsive when we call. They're always here within the time frame that they give us.  Only one time did they call and say they would be later."

He got back to me quickly, understanding the importance of our household of 5 relying on not just comfort, but safety as well, and said he could squeeze me in the same day between appointments. "In one visit, Dave completed my "to do" list of small fixes around the house (about 13 tasks - from remounting wire grid (holding up jasmine) on my wood fence that had fallen off, secured shower handle , resolved several caulking issues , revamped a couple of electrical plugs, replaced weatherstripping on kitchen door and added all new baseboards in garage (moving washer/dryer) to something as simple as removing both bathroom fans so I could clean and then re-positioned them (thin mounting wires very difficult to manage in such tight space in ceiling box!)
