He provided an accurate estimate over email based on a number of photos and a few phone conversations which streamlined the bid process considerably. They replaced my AC in a few hours for a fair price and educated me on other safety considerations related to my furnace. "Doug was very friendly and attentive to our needs. He showed up about thirty minutes late to our appointment but apologized and explained that he had an unforeseen delay. He quickly got to work, first cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent. After that, he set to work shampooing our carpets in the main living areas: living room, dining room, hallway, and three bedrooms. He moved only stuff like chairs and tables and put other small items somewhere off the floor. He was able to clean under our beds without having to move them. The entire visit was just under 4 hours. I would hire him again."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
