Within 2 minutes my phone rang and it was Kevin from KN heating and cooling. Kevin was at my house with 15 minutes. Not only did he figure out what was wrong and fix it, he found a number of other issues that need to be taken care of. Kevin was amazing and even walked me through what he was doing and explained everything to me. Not only do I recommend him, he's will now be my go to for service on my boiler and central air. "Mark and his associate did an excellent job!  Highly satisfied with the entire experience.  They started out working on an old dryer vent that had probably not been cleaned out in about 10 years.  It had probably the most lint that they had seen in a while.  They cleaned it thorough from all access points and Mark gave advice on how to maintain it to ensure efficiency and reduce fire hazard.  Next up was the bathroom ceiling fan and corresponding duct, which had also probably never been cleaned out in about 10 years.  The fan was removed and all the built-up grime and dust cleaned off and the duct also got a thorough cleaning.  Mark re-installed the fan carefully and it seems to operate much better now and not rattle as much in its housing as it did before.  From this entire experience I can attest that Mark and his associate possess the right experience and work attitude to complete their jobs in a highly satisfactory manner.  They are very professional and I was also very pleased that they left their job sites in a great condition.  From the outset, communication by email and telephone was clear and informative.  This had been the first time that I had required services of this kind (only rather recently had moved to the apartment in question) and given all the warnings about the industry I was very happy to have picked the right service company.  These guys are highly recommended!"
