"Saturday night, 11 July, our air conditioner went out. The bedroom ceiling fan we hardly ever use didn't work either. Sunday the temperature would get to 94 degrees (heat index 109 degrees). At 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning I called several companies. AccuTemp was the only one that responded. Though they are in Denham Springs and I am fairly far away in Baker, they came all the way here on Sunday morning, arriving at 10:30 a.m. They fixed the problems, both the air conditioner and ceiling fan. Their price was a bit high, but I have no complaint. At 78 years of age I could not have handled the heat, and neither could our dog, a German Shepherd (a breed from a cold country). We were glad to get the problem fixed so quickly on a Sunday morning."

After the tech finished with the maintenance he showed me pictures of what needed repairs and explained everything that needed to be done to prolong the life of my unit. He gave me a great price and we went ahead and did all the repairs. The tech was extremely thorough and professional. I’m very pleased with the work he did.
