"Saturday night, 11 July, our air conditioner went out. The bedroom ceiling fan we hardly ever use didn't work either. Sunday the temperature would get to 94 degrees (heat index 109 degrees). At 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning I called several companies. AccuTemp was the only one that responded. Though they are in Denham Springs and I am fairly far away in Baker, they came all the way here on Sunday morning, arriving at 10:30 a.m. They fixed the problems, both the air conditioner and ceiling fan. Their price was a bit high, but I have no complaint. At 78 years of age I could not have handled the heat, and neither could our dog, a German Shepherd (a breed from a cold country). We were glad to get the problem fixed so quickly on a Sunday morning."

"I call Mr. Marvin for a leak in my ceiling which I thought was coming from my a/c unit in the attic. He showed up on time was very knowledgeable and professional he diagnose the problem give me my options and continue to evaluate my a/c system. He told me some things I could do to get better efficiency out of my system. Mr. Marvin was suppose to come back the next to finish the work on the problem after he got the right part to fix the problem. He got home found the part and came back and fix my problem.
