The sales person offered a solution that kept the price down. This thinking was refreshing as other sales people only quoted based on the present furnace and air conditioning setup. The installers were efficient and completed the project in a timely manner. I gave a 4 out 5 because the installers did not recommend a repair to an inside vent, and they left me with the wrong furnace filters. They did, however, come and exchange the filters for the correct ones."
