Once we established contact, a planner came out and gave us detailed information on the system we wanted. They installed the furnace on time and very professionally. They also upgraded our air filtration system and thermostat. We are very satisfied with the work that Air Pros did. We would definitely use them again if we need the services or equipment they provide."

Ranger emailed us a pic. of tech rep. who would be performing the work, providing us with a secure way to confirm on arrival - very nice touch. Tech was on time, highly professional and very thorough in furnace cleaning/service work. Answered all our questions, cleaned up all residue and provided us with a receipt for charges via email. We used Ranger's "special" and feel we got excellent value for the money. We will certainly use Ranger for any HVAC service and new product bids/recommendations. "Allred is THE best. I had mini-split AC/heat installed almost a year ago. I love it and it's saving me significant money over using my central heating system. And no more hassle with portable air conditioners. I should have done this years ago. Even better is the 5 star customer service. Last week I had difficulty turning on the AC for the first time since last summer. I urgently called David on a Sunday. He immediately dove in to get me scheduled. Sebastian called me before making an on-site visit. Patiently walked me through a simple troubleshoot and shazaam! I turned right on. A+++ to both of them."

"First off wanted to say I don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this. My gas furnace stopped blowing hot air. Trouble shooted the issue myself and thought it might be a bad gas valve. Not wanting to deal with a gas valve I called different companies and ended up choosing Air Pro's due them being a Local Company, Their diagnostic fee is very reasonable and when talking with them just getting a good feeling. Jerry came out a day later and sure enough it was the gas valve. He ordered the part and it came quickly. He installed it and the furnace was back up and running. The cost came out to about what was quoted to me when I talked to them the first time. It's ALWAYS a good sign of a good business when their actual cost/bill comes out what they told you! Here is why I'm also writing the review. About a week or so after Jerry replaced the valve, we noticed a slight gas smell. I called to have someone come back and check it out. Jerry called me within 30 min to ask some questions. He was off for the day and I could tell he was home but he drove 45 min to come back to our house. He was able to determine there was a small leak at the pipe around the gas valve. Given this was Air Pro's error the fact they came back right away and dropped everything was GREAT customer service. I would definitely hire Air Pro's again!"

"Very well. The air conditioning workmen (Shaun and Sedrick) showed up between 8 and 9 and worked through until 4 PM. They were professional, informative and respectful of homeowner. Electrician and other Seatown workmen also participated in the project. I really appreciated the fact that two apprentices were part of the project and were being taught by the more experienced people, which indicates the company's commitment to well trained and cohesive staff. They also did a respectable clean-up before departure."

"The responsiveness of this company is amazing! I had a challenge with the new thermostat and received a call back and successfully got things going again within 15 min. Also, the installation team customized the airflow path and fixed what had been poorly done originally. They could have just followed what had been done before and I wouldnâ t have known. Instead their extra effort (without change in charge) increased our airflow significantly! Iâ ve had a few furnace companies over the years, but these guys are keepers. Very happy with whole process, from beginning to end!"
