I was fine with it because I know my dryer vent. For me, to call somebody and do that specifically, it would have been more money. I feel good about it."

"I was in full Air Conditioner crisis mode when I contacted David during the great Sacramento heat wave of June 2017. The first pleasant surprise was that he came out the same day. I have a 22-year-old HVAC unit, which one of the big companies had previously been "hard selling" me to replace. But due to a tight household budget I am using the "run to failure" approach. It looked like the day of failure had finally arrived -- until David got to work. After some extended troubleshooting he expertly diagnosed a direct short in the compressor, and then resolved the problem in a way I doubt the big companies would have even cared to try. He even cleaned the AC coils and the final cost was much less than I expected.
