He proposed a completely different approach to the quote, replacing only one 17-year-old furnace! He also suggested air treatment equipment for killing bacteria and viruses and keeping the ducts squeaky clean! He did several other projects for me around the house as a package deal that was still 25% less than my other quote which would have replaced two compressors and 2 furnaced and then serviced all four units. The other deal was superb, but I was convinced I did not need to completely replace units that were just 6-7 years old and valued his proposal for cleaning and repairing them.
