He replaced all the system air filters and checked system safety and operations. Additionally he replaced the batteries in two hard to reach smoke detectors. H took pictures of the overall system condition and discussed what needed to be done now and in the future. Very proffesional

He explained that today's service call and diagnostic time would be about 290 dollars ( Sunday afternoon) He explained to me that his company offers a maintenance thing where he checks and cleans my unit twice a year. "They sent two men who checked the system very quickly. Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. Will not call this company again."
