Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. "Brian was the one who installed my air conditioning unit. excellent work, not only on time, took several hours but he did an excellent job. after the installation, he cleaned my room where it was installed. He worked neat clean. costumer support conact was provided for future service. He was very efficient. Very fair pricing, they also provide a discount on service during the winter time. He was the repairman for my old air conditioning unit. I am very very pleased with the service, I would highly recommend them."

"Upon responding to a call late in the evening (already a plus), provider arrived around the time he had offered,  Starting to look at controls technician new right away the brand and then proceed to check and test the pump.  Afer a couple of trials found that the capacitor was not working.  Luckily he had one in stock (another plus for the service) and replaced it.  While not an expert myself, not sure the cost of parts but the charge inheritly has an opportunity cost that is crucial to make repais.  Well done!

I just needed a fan motor and capacitor but they were doing nothing. I called Grove & Son and not only did he agree to come out, but he had a couple cancellations and offered to come earlier. He ordered the parts needed, had them overnighted and in 2 days my unit was fixed and is running fantastic. Not only that but he was a friendly, professional, great conversationalist and an understanding ear.
