"I looked at a number of different options and they had the best pricing and they also specialize in just doing central air. So they were also sort of a plumber and gas fitter, anything like that, and so they really specialized in what I was looking for. So that is sort of their core business. They were good and they did a very nice, clean job. The house was built in 1901 and so they did a great job of removing the old radiators and radiant based heat systems and replacing it with a new central air set up."

"Peter is a knowledgable and professional in his work. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that could be understood. He was also very personable. I would highly recommend Morris Heating and Air Conditioning of Ipswich Mass. We have been very pleased with the service for over ten years."

"Jerry was very professional and did a quick clean job. I would recommend Kindom Cooling. They helped with an animal infestation that occurred in the attic also. They went above and beyond my expectations. They are terrific."

"Thank you ZACK for your professionalism taking pictures of the work you did cleaning the filters of my A/C system outside. This is the first time anyone showed me pictures of the work they did. You were kind and explained to me when was the best time to have my heating system checked and when to call to make an appt. for the fall. You were knowledgeable, caring, and I felt safe with you. What a GREAT employee to represent Palmer Gas. Also, Thank you Customer Service Rep. MICHELLE L. - you answered all questions asked of you in a friendly and professional way. That is why I stay with Palmer Gas. Heidi Ricci"

"Will is an outstanding HVAC person and he provides top notch customer service. He was timely and his cost was extremely competitive. He is starting to grow his business and will go a long way. He is very knowledgeable and the people he brings in to do additional work are like him, professional and polite. I will recommend him to everyone who asks me for a recommendation for someone in the HVAC area."

"Matthew responded very quickly to my call and showed up promptly thereafter. He was very professional and worked diligently to get my boiler working again and the heat restored to my home. He was able to diagnose the problem rather quickly and fixed the issue, even going so far as to explain many of the parts he had to replace and made me feel very comfortable that my unit was running efficiently when it was all done. I would highly recommend NexGen Aire and plan to call Matthew again for future issues. Fast, efficient, and affordable."

"Steve Nguyen is the person who owned my trust. I recommended him to my friends before he finished my project. He is the honest person with perfect skill and knowledge. I'm very happy I got him to handle my air condenser installation. Thanks Steve. Linda"

"Comfort Professor was fantastic. I am truly now a "cool" customer. Derek listened to my priorities and helped me determine which Bryant multi-zone mini-split would best fit my home. The cost was highly competitive, and the Mass Save rebate was great. The work was done within a couple of days of my signing the contract, and took only 3 days to complete. The team kept me informed at each step. They also went the extra mile to meet my preferences for placement of the units and the heat pump. The work was done efficiently and speedily, and the team took care to keep floors and furniture clean. The technician who reviewed the work was also great. I love the multiple ways to control the system: remote, system app and thermostat app. They also have excellent warranties on the units, labor and parts. Throughout the process they were very responsive to all my questions. I definitely would hire them again. They are great!"

"Great experience with this company and its repairman. Our microwave oven needed repair. We specified completion 1-2 days and it went very smoothly. Diagnosis of problem was accurate, right part was obtained, service was completed on time and on budget estimate. Price was very fair. I?d recommend this company to anyone needing a small appliance repair."
