After having multiple HVAC guys in our house to check our Lennox central air conditioning unit for a WEEK during the hottest week of summer (our house heated to 98 degrees), Kevin entered our house and turned our unit on in less than 2 minutes. He came in and he knew EXACTLY what he was doing- he spent a few minutes at our unit and got it running, then he went downstairs to check the electric base unit and he quickly found that our filter needed changing BAD. We had multiple companies telling us that we needed a new unit, and we had spent hundreds of dollars on NOTHING to find that our unit, while old (20 years), was more advanced than most as it had multiple automatic shut off valves to avoid any overheating catastrophes. The man who installed it and had been servicing it was too busy to come for a week. I called MSD and was given an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. "Thank you Premier Cleaning! After 3 attempts of hiring air duct cleaning specialists, Premier Cleaning were the ones that got the job done. Once the summer season came in, so did the nasty smell. I had 3 guys come in and try to find the root of the problem and all had some kind of issues determining what the problem may have been; But not Premier Cleaning, they had 2 guys come in and carefully inspect all possible problems associated with my air duct and HVAC system, they eventually found a rodent (AKA Mickey Mouse) inside the air handler, right by the blower motor."

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
