"They did a really good job with the actual work. My problem was that they opened a half gallon of milk in a fridge (in the storage room where the furnace is) where my wife and I store our extra food/drinks. Had they asked for something to drink I would have gladly provided it, however it is beyond unprofessional to help yourself while you're at a customers house. I called the manager/owner to explain that while I was satisfied with the work product but was very disappointed that I didn't trust them enough to welcome them back into my house. The manager said he would research it and follow up with me but I never heard back. The concerning part is that these people were in my house for close to five hours. Who knows what else they helped themselves to. As I said, very good at their job but unfortunately don't trust them at all."

"Had a very clogged  basement drain that backed up in my older house.  I had used Flow-Rite once before & was happy with the service they had provided at that time,  so I contacted them regarding my new problem.  An appointment time was set up  & the Flow-Rite plumber (Rob) arrived and proceeded to check out the problem drain in the basement and the bathrooms that connected to it. He decided to pull an upstairs toilet  to access the drain area involved and worked for  several hours snaking out the drain. He seemed to have success finally clearing the drain. Rob replaced the toilet taking care to clean the area.  He was very prompt, professional, kept things neat and tidy, and explained exactly what he was doing. He worked  very hard and the problem seemed to be solved.
Unfortunately, two days later, that same drain backed up in the basement yet again! I contacted the company,  and explained the problem was back. An appointment was set and  Rob came to the house promptly. This time, the system was snaked out several times, as well as had cameras put down the drain and it's connections. Things were run completely out past the main drain and to  the septic tank itself. The whole drainage system was not only totally cleared,  but we also got a very good idea of the condition of the drainage pipes, which although older and showing some age, were now running clear. After clearing the drain, Rob also replaced the flush system inside the toilet tank of the older toilet he had pulled on his first visit. The drain has stayed clear and everything has been working fine since his second visit.  I would definitely use Flow-Rite again for any plumbing issues that arise and recommend them to neighbors, family, and friends.

"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen!  What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection.  Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data.  And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.
