"A/C was not working and the temperature outside was getting warmer. Scott responded within an hour on a Sunday and was at the house later in the afternoon. Did a great and complete job narrowing down where the problem was. Spent his time answering any question and taking the time to explain possible cause and possible fixes. The great part is that Scott was able to finish the work the same day! He also was never rushed or in a hurry to "quickly finish" to get to the next job and cleaned up the work area. Country Comfort , call them. Would highly recommend!"

"I was extremely pleased with the experience, customer service, and professionalism shown by Stacy Ferrell at Mid Tenn Mechanical. We called him because our central air unit wasn't working and he got it going again. The next day something else went wrong with it and Stacy came right back out to the house.
