"Saturday night, 11 July, our air conditioner went out. The bedroom ceiling fan we hardly ever use didn't work either. Sunday the temperature would get to 94 degrees (heat index 109 degrees). At 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning I called several companies. AccuTemp was the only one that responded. Though they are in Denham Springs and I am fairly far away in Baker, they came all the way here on Sunday morning, arriving at 10:30 a.m. They fixed the problems, both the air conditioner and ceiling fan. Their price was a bit high, but I have no complaint. At 78 years of age I could not have handled the heat, and neither could our dog, a German Shepherd (a breed from a cold country). We were glad to get the problem fixed so quickly on a Sunday morning."

In the end I did decide to replace The whole AC and Heating Unit for peace of mind through no press from him. He has a additional one year warranty on labor only if needed. He was here on a Thursday and started the job on Friday then finished on Saturday. He moved his schedule around to accommodate me so I wouldnâ t be without AC. He was dependable and on time. "I was told by my precious AC guy that I would need a new unit after he installed a new compactor and it blew. Joseph came in and did some troubleshooting and found the problem. Installed a new connector, fuses and breaker and got me running. He is very through with his diagnostics and he even checked on me later to make sure that thermostat reached the desired temperature! You can tell that he has a passion for his work! He also took pictures and gave me the parts that he replaced. I was looking for someone I could trust, and I have found the guy!
