He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."

The guy that came out, his name was Connie and he's the one that fixed the furnace. We had another company come three times and try to fix that furnace for us this winter. He walked in the backdoor, and stood in front of the furnace and said it needed whatever it was that it needed. He put it in, and it worked perfectly ever since. We were really unhappy with the other company. He walked in and fixed it. We couldn't ask for anything more. We've already used them twice. We used them for our furnace and for our air conditioner."
