"Chris Scotti was the only one willing to come out on a late Sunday afternoon! My house was almost 90 degrees inside, I have few screened windows and I depend on the central air to work! Brand new A/C unit purchased 3months ago, that would not work and the company I purchased it from would not even come out to help me! Chris showed up and fixed the problem! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything!!! Over heating in a house is just as dangerous as freezing! Companies that install A/C units should have staff/technicians on stand by for emergencies!! Chris was great!!!"

They were here promptly at the time scheduled for repair. Mr. Aitkens had my furnace repaired within a half hour. "Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back. "The guys were on time, cheerful, thorough, and and got the job done. They were thoughtful about my cat, too. The 'sanitization' stuff they sprayed did smell for a few days, despite my airing out the house with the windows open, but it did eventually go away. And they must have gotten a lot of dust out because my children (who are usually very sneezy with the dust pumping through our house) have seemed much better since the ducts got cleaned. Very happy with the service. I used an Angie's List "deal" for the service--I was in a hurry to get it done (my kids had dropped some art supplies down a vent that were making clicking noised that were driving me nuts) so I didn't compare prices at all, I just looked for a company that seemed thorough and they they were. And the clicking sounds of rogue art supplies is gone. Yay!"
