"Had two crews, the first came in to remove the old unit at the promised time. (This was at my request as I wanted to remove the subfloor and replace it.) The next day, the second crew showed up early. Both crews were very professional, covered the floor with tarps and wore shoe coverings. The installation was as I expected, very neat and clean; it just looked good. The new unit is very quiet as promised by Lenox. The excessive air flow noise that I previously had,was corrected
If I have any complaint, it would be that I got very little feed back on how the installation was going. For example I overheard Chris ask one the crews to add a couple of screws to a leaking connection. The second was my request to check for an another possible leak farther down the run. I know the first crew checked it but I never heard back if either was repaired.

"They are excellent. I have been using them now for 10 years. As far as I'm concerned they are very fair people. They've always responded. I have a contract with them; I have no problems at all. Years ago, I had a problem with the air conditioner. It went out. I called the company that had previously done our work. Their person who came out to give the estimate for the new a/c I found to have been lying. I called Carrier and told them I had not had the unit that long. They said they would give me a new compressor but I had to pay a company to install it. I called around to contractors to install the compressor. This salesman came out, he got on the phone and said he was talking to Carrier and gave me a song and dance about what Carrier was going to do for me. Something didn't sound right so I called Carrier and asked if they spoke to him and they said no. That disqualified them. So I called Brandon and asked them what their price was to put in a new compressor. They gave me a good price. they were fair about it. I've been with Brandon ever since. I've been treated very fairly by them so I stay with them."

"We noticed water coming from under our kitchen sink.  We looked  and noticed a copper drain pipe had burst and was leaking.  This was on Saturday night around 5pm.  I looked up plumbers on Angie's List and decided to go with Wyattworks based on the reviews.  I called and was routed to Jamal, who agreed to come out.  He said it would cost an additional $99 for a weekend service call.  I agreed to the additional charge.  He said he'd be at our home in 45 minutes.
Jamal was on time, friendly and offered a suggestion on how we can add an air vent (I think that's what it is) to our kitchen plumbing to help the system work better.  I appreciated his suggestion and said we would go with it.  There was no significant cost for this item.
Jamal recommended replacing about 15 feet of old copper pipping that went into our basement.  He said copper piping can get corroded over time from the acids and such in the food.
Jamal completed replacing the piping, but discovered we had a clogged pipe that went from our basement floor into the 4 inch pipe that drains into the system that goes out to the street.
He then snaked that pipe twice, and it cleared the issue.  He also verified the system continue to drain properly.
Our original quote was around $450, but he said there would be an additional charge for snaking the system.  I found that to be perfectly acceptable.  The additional charge was $175, but he gave us a coupon that knocked off $50 bucks.
Jamal then cleaned up the basement floor and our kitchen sink better than I would have expected.  In total, he was at our home about 3 hours.
I was impressed by Jamal's professionalism.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Wyattworks again.
