"Arrived at time scheduled.  Very friendly and courteous.  Checked unit for proper operation and condition.  Unit was in good condition and did not require service.  Serviceman showed me where mice had gotten into the unit and recommended sealing holes.  So he applied metal duct tape to the bottom and side panels.  He also showed me how to clean the gas injection nozzles for future maintenance. There was no charge for the visit, but I decided to pay for 1/2 hour of time anyway.

"They are friendly and timely but the cleaning ducts is a little bit expensive, afterward I found out that they are expensive but all in all I'm happy"

"They promptly assessed the problem and installed a new heat pump the next day."

"This company is great. We were lucky enough to get Sean as our representative. We interviewed 4 companies and Sean was by far the most knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He gave us information and tips the other reps never mentioned-info the other reps missed that were unique to our home. The day of the work, Sean was there leading his men and ensuring all went well. They kept the home clean and it has made a huge difference already. Today is warm and it feels comfortable in my living area whuch used to be the hottest in the house. I also feel the air is cleaner and safer with the ducts sealed. Thanks, Sean and your company for all you have done for us. Good price, too!"

"They came, they diagnosed the problem (which wasn't in the air conditioning), they told me how to fix it, and then they left...after having refused payment!!!!! i thought i must be living in the 1950's in a small town!!"

"The office staff at Same Day Heating & Air was so pleasant to speak with and very helpful with all my questions. Poncho and his crew did a great job and were very professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an air conditioning & heating company with integrity."

"Excellent.  I contacted Dave and despite a busy schedule, was able to work with me to get an ideal time to come and do the work.  He was always responsive and positive.   He came in and, in the hour, replaced the fan.   I have a whole slew if repairs that need to be done and look forward to working with him in the future.

"We recently remodeled our bathroom with McCormick, and it was a fantastic experience. Khaled was informative, patient, and genuinely helpful, guiding us through choices for a perfect design. The team’s professionalism showed in their punctuality and quality. Every aspect was done with care, from tile placement to lighting. The transformation is truly impressive; the bathroom now feels open and luxurious. We’re beyond pleased with the result and look forward to more projects with them."

"Did a good job, cleared the dryer vent in the attic....."
