The manual furnace damper allowed us to adjust the flow of the furnace output to equalize the temps in each area of the home. "Steve Anderson replaced Furnace and Air Conditioning unit (1991) with American Standard products. The American Standard A/C product has a glitch with their TXV valves and so it's needed replaced twice. Warranty is 10 years on parts but labor is only covered for 1 year. The first time the TXV valve went it was just under 2 years and the second time was only 10 months later. Steve no longer represents the American Standard product, he now reps Maytag but was kind enough to replace the TXV valve and dryer filter. Steve's professionalism and dedication to making customers happy is just awesome. Thank you Steve. Jeremy was the last tech here and replaced the TXV valve and Dryer filter and he was highly knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. I highly recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling you can't go wrong with this highly skilled team and definitely go Maytag!!"

"These 2 men were terrific! professional, down to earth , very hard working. spent 3 hours doing 12 air ducts (one was 15 feet off the floor)- and they had to go on the roof to do the dryer vent at no charge. did the heater as well. very competent and thorough.
