"Mike is a great young man. We have a heat pump system ..........the Air side was working fine but the heat side would not come on. After an extensive check, Mike determined the the thermostat itself was the culprit. A 20 minute thermostat replacement solved the issue. Definitely 5 Stars."

After the install the AC had a little hiccup. I called and they were at my house after a few hours, that same day, which is very rare.
