"I’ve had Jeff Davis at my home to check out the system so when I called Aire Care they do not work with Liberty Home Guard warranty system. So, I proceeded to work through LHG and was told it would be about ten days to give a quote. Well the gas furnace was declared DOA on my furnace of 27 years. I knew it shouldn’t take more than a half hour to quote my furnace so that’s when I realized the LHG company was a decoy to say we really don’t want to do this so we’ll drag our feet on this one. I took a survey on the internet and it pointed me to Aire Care (Jeff Davis company). I inquired with them and their salesman came over and gave me a quote. That’s when I decided to dump LHG and sign with Aire Care Knoxville. The next day LHG came through with slightly better quote but that was because they knew they were being dumped. All in all I’ve had a calmness about going with Aire Care as everyone is nice and very professional. So thanks Aire Care of Knoxville to allow warmth to come back to us"

He never tried to get us to replace perfectly good equipment, was prompt, and made us feel confident that we were ok and our AC was really fixed. Our call outs were at night, weekends and such but he still came when he said he would. Great communication. If we didnâ t need work done, heâ d tell us.
