"The tech arrived very quickly and worked for almost an hour to clear the plugged drain and got the air conditioner back running when the outdoor temperature was in the 90's. Kinty Jones has been our A/C service company for many years as my Dad and I have several rental units, homes and businesses. They were always fair on the price and always there on time and stayed till the job was finished. You will never be sorry to call them when you have heat or A/C problems in the NW Arkansas area. "

"First class and 5 star service from their Office manager Beth to their technician Derrick Goad. Technician Derrick was Professional and very knowledgeable of my furnace that he was working on. Derrick double checked everything and update me on his progress before replacing any parts. I have had other HVAC system providers over the years who just replace parts to try and repair but ended up replacing more parts that was not needed to resolve issue. That was not the case with Derrick. Thank you Derrick and Miller Heat and Air. If I ever need any HVAC work again Miller would be first call Please let me know if you do not see this review in a couple of days and I will re-post"

"Every thing went very well, two day install. They left downstairs air conditioning working over night for my comfort. Came back on time next day and finished up. They left garage floor and furnace area swept up. Men were very polite, quiet, knew what they were doing and wore booties when inside. Great people. New units are very efficient & have excellent warranties that transfer to new owner. On time and on budget. I have used AirCo for service on old unit for 22 years. Very happy with AirCo employees."
