I called them with an A/C issue I was having and they were out at my home within a couple of hours to diagnose the issue with my AC unit. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again.
