Jeff, the company owner, and his team recently replaced my very old home heating system with a high-efficiency boiler. I placed a request through Home Advisor and received a call back from Jeff the very next morning. Jeff was at the house that evening and spent an hour or more with me explaining my options in detail and answering all of my questions. I inherently knew, from that meeting, that I was dealing with an honest guy. He spoke with pride about his family and that his wife and boys are key to the success of the business. I expressed to Jeff that I was concerned about the safety of my current furnace and wanted to get it done as soon as possible. They made room in their busy schedule and were at my home, ready to go, within a few days. They were clean, neat and caused very little disturbance to me and my family during the install. Jeff and the guys were friendly, polite and conscientious. When the job was done, Jeff took the time to educate us on how the the system works and what to look for. Sandy runs the office and was very helpful with the entire processâ ¦.from scheduling the initial appointment to getting the contract together to helping me through the rebate process. "Our oil burner cracked and needed to be replaced. The burner heats our water, so we would be without hot water until we replaced the burner. Steve Chamber arrived quickly, provided a competitive quote and got the oil burner installed and our hot water restored within a few days.. The final bill was exactly what was quoted and they cleaned up after themselves, even removing the cardboard boxes. I highly recommend Chamber HVAC and love that it is a family owned and operated business!"

"Excellent. I went to Angies List in a panic because it was raining in my basement when the shower was running. Less than 5 minutes after I consulted with Angies List I received a call from J. Griffin and within an hour they were at my house. I don't even know how to thank Jeff, I was expecting the worst and got the best! He knew immediately what the problem was, he clearly knew his business very well. The problem was more or less user error and I was a little embarrassed but Jeff never made me feel as though it was a bother or a nuisance to respond and he refused to charge me as much as I thought he was worth. I'm so sorry I just realized I didn't hit submit on this review. It was several months ago, but I still wanted to finish this because they were so wonderful."
