It was 8:00 pm and I thought they were closed already. But in half an hour, Jake called me back to tell me he would send over somebody to solve my problem. At 10:30 Antonio and John showed up. When they finished the job at midnight, they were sweating all over. The following day Jake arranged Steve to double check. All of them were very nice. I greatly appreciate their care and hard-working. It is worthwhile to do business with them because they will still take care of the customers even after the project is completed."

The team from Angel Perez, technician, to the installers, Don and Don and those that work in the office were nothing less than helpful, kind, professional, informative and courteous. The installation process was flawless and took just a few hours. The guys were very friendly but more importantly, they made us feel confident in what they were doing. We worked out the finances which was a very simple and easy process and by the end of the day we had nice cool air flowing on a day that had temperatures in the high 90s. "Saturday morning we were awakened by a drip-drip-drip from the ceiling, which turned out to be a pinhole leak in a cold water line in our attic. The timing could not have been worse, as we were hosting a party that afternoon at 4! Deanna was super responsive, and at 11 committed to have a tech do the work in time for the party. When I hadn't heard by 1:30, I checked in. Her tech had run into problems with the job he was currently working on. She and Justin (and the other client) teamed up to suspend the other job for a few hours to get our leak fixed. Justin arrived at 2:40 and did a thorough and professional job. He had to crawl hands-and-knees through our hot attic, but he had it fixed and tested before our first guests arrived. He even offered the Angie's List discount unprompted! Liberty Plumbing saved our party!"

After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!!
