Nick took the time to thoroughly explain why his was lower and why the system he was recommended was the most appropriate for the size of home we have. Work was scheduled, and the crew arrived on time and complete the job in 2+ days. They explained operation to my daughter, and provided complete instructions on maintenance. "I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly.
