The team from Angel Perez, technician, to the installers, Don and Don and those that work in the office were nothing less than helpful, kind, professional, informative and courteous. The installation process was flawless and took just a few hours. The guys were very friendly but more importantly, they made us feel confident in what they were doing. We worked out the finances which was a very simple and easy process and by the end of the day we had nice cool air flowing on a day that had temperatures in the high 90s. "Bill Walker is the tech that diagnosed my faulty condensing unit compressor to be grounded. Sounds like a good thing right? but its not. You never want to hear that. Should you ever do so you want Trabuco Air handling it. I was explained what was wrong and given options that i could comfortably choose from without just breaking the the already shaking bank. Trustworthy and reliable Bill is a cool cat and confident in his skill set. He knows air conditioning extensively and will solve your needs as well.
