Technician arrived when promised, shortly after 9 AM. He replaced the capacitor and got us up and running shortly thereafter. We have a maintenance agreement, so we have elevated expectations of a service response. However, we appreciate how quickly Fresh Air resolved our problem."

DUNN HEATING & COOLING CAME OUT 2 DAYS AFTER I CALL TO SCHEDULE A ESTIMATE. I SIGN THE CONTACT ONCE THE SALEMAN EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT THE OFFER AND EXTRAS THATS WAS REQUEST OR NEEDED. THIS ALL TOOK PLACE ON A THURSDAY HAD TO CALL TO SEE WHEN THEY WHERE GOING TO START , BUT ONCE I CALL THEY CAME ON WEDNESDAY , END OF STORY.

THE SERVICE GUYS FROM DUNN HEATING & COOLING WASN'T SUPPOSE TO BE AT MY HOUSE TO ARROUND 2:00 NOON, BUT THEY ARRIVED AT 10:45 AM WHICH WAS VERY SOONER THEN I PLAN.  BUT EVERYTHING WENT WELL.  THEY BEGIN TO PULL EVERYTHING APART TO START PERPAIRING FOR THE NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNIT.  I WAS VERY EXCITED ABOUT FINALLY GETTING MY AIR CONDITIONING IN ,  NOT TO MUCH NOISE, VERY PERFESSIONAL INSTALL.   THE BRAND WAS RHEEM WHICH SEEM TO BE A GOOD BRAND FROM WHAT I FOUND OUT FROM OTHERS.  iT TOOK ABOUT 4 HOURS ARE MORE GIVE OR TAKE.  IM VERY PLEASE WITH MY UNIT , MY HOUSE IS VERY COOL AND  I HAVE THERMOSTAT ON 75. 

I WILL RECOMMEND DUNN TO OTHERS , AS WELL AS MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.  BY THE WAY I COULDN'T FIND ANYONE THAT WAS RESONABLE AT FIRST AND I DECIDED TO SIGNUP FOR ANGIELIST AT A SPECIAL PRICE FOR ONE YEAR $9.99 WITH 25 % OFF WHICH MADE IT $7.50 AND THIS IS WHEN I FOUND DUNN HEATING AND COOLING COMPANY VERY REASONABLE & AFFORDABLE .

"Sam is honest and very professional, working 12 to 14 hours per day to keep his customers cool. We had work done on our A/C and he used all of his Freon on our A/C. Sam assured us he would return. Unfortunately, before Sam could return with more Freon, our thermostat quit working. We called Sam in the afternoon and he assured us he would stop by. "He serviced our HVAC system. House was dormant for about 9 months and for sale. We noticed the system didn?t smell good and wasn?t cooling the house right. So we called him to service our house. He found our duct work to be compromised and pulled out some dead animals. He fixed the ducts and put this shiney metal tape on all the seams. Checked the AC outside for refrigerant gas and operation. Then he checked our furnace inside. The filter was black and musty, he didn?t have our size on his truck but he ordered a couple from Walmart and had them delivered while he worked on our furnace blower. He found the round fan was all clogged with hair and dirt. He pulled it out and cleaned it outside, used some chemicals that made it shiny and cleaned. Checked the fan blades with a tool to make sure it was blowing a strong stream of air. Took a shop vac cleaned each of our floor vents and put about 10 or 15 foot of hose going in each direction.
