He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

During the course of the install, it was found wiring for the air conditioning needed to be changed from 110 to 220. Khalif found someone to take care of it immediately. The men working with him -Andy and Jose, were courteous, left the work site in a neat and clean order- they placed protective coverings down to protect my wood floors. "Excellent professional service. The person I worked with was named Eugene. He wore a mask and tried to keep the whole process as clean as possible. My air conditioner was dripping water and needed to be cleaned with some chemicals. Eugene tested the air conditioner to make sure it didn't need to be replaced and a cleaning would not work. He told me the air conditioner was in good condition but needed a cleaning to unclog the pipes and it would stop dripping. He was totally right. After he took it out and cleaned it and then put it back in the window it worked perfectly. It was quiet and dry. Eugene was very fast and did a great job. He was pleasant to work with. He explained things before he did them and asked me if I had any questions. I felt he was very honest and really wanted to help. He only took payment after he completed the job and I said I was happy and satisfied. I transferred money to him via Zelle, but he can take payments using anything...... credit card, cash, pay pal, or whatever. The whole process was fast and easy. I thought I was going to have to buy a new conditioner, but instead it just needed a simple cleaning. I really recommend Eugene and his company. I have read about other companies and how they are not so honest or they do a messy job. Please use this company. You won't regret it. I just found them by accident.
