"Over and above satisfaction!! Nick is an a very courteous and professional HVAC specialist! He called said he serve in 1 hr and he did. He introduced himself made feel I was in good hands!! I let him do his job without concern. In less than an hr he had photos of the issues with my furnace gave me a full explanation as to what was happening assured me there was no danger with the issues. "My AC unit stopped working during particularly hot stretch. Tom from 412 Emergency Electricians responded very quickly, set out pricing expectations over the phone, asked when i needed the work done and showed up the same day. All work was completed quickly, expertly, and prices were explained. Of course emergency service is expectedly more expensive but having a professional complete the work and provide a guarantee is worth paying for. Tom went so far as to teach me a little preventative maintenance which may save me more money in the long run."
