They originally, when I first contacted them, they came out just did a check-up on the air conditioning system I had and then several months later, the outside unit went out and they put in a new inside and outside system for me. And they come out ever since then twice a year just to do a check-up and then any time I have problems with it, they come out pretty quickly. If they are not out there that same day, they're out there the next day."
