He replaced all the system air filters and checked system safety and operations. Additionally he replaced the batteries in two hard to reach smoke detectors. H took pictures of the overall system condition and discussed what needed to be done now and in the future. Very proffesional

"Owner Martin is honest beyond belief! A different air-conditioning company told me I need a new fan and capacitor for $1700 and priced a new unit for me at 12,000. Martinâ s estimate was significantly lower by several thousand and when he went to put on a new motor for us to hold us over until we could get a new unit (it was a holiday weekend) He found the old fan did not need replacing and it was only a capacitor. He replaced it for $175. He could have easily just move forward and sold us a new unit but he would not do that. When we need that new unit we will definitely call Burgos!"

I was just getting a system tune up, and they made sure to truly inspect and clean both my air conditioner and furnace completely. They found two things that I should address in the near future, and Jeff explained to me in detail what had happened to the units and if repaired, how much money it would save me in the future.
