"I highly recommend to anyone in the Longwood or greater Orlando area Matthew Roberts Air Conditioning. They are an exceptional company that provides exemplary service. I recently had them install a new Trane air conditioning system and I was completely satisfied with the installation and service they provided. They are a family run business and you could tell they genuinely care about putting the customer first. Since replacing an air conditioning system is one of the biggest expenses homeowners face, I had several concerns going into the process and they made it a point to address all of my concerns and you could tell they wanted me to be happy at the end of the day. "Bill and Derrick worked hard to install attic fans and fixed the 3 ducts that were leaking from my air handler. Fixed batted insulation that was installed incorrectly and installed new baffles and insulation into my attic. They added insulation to the rear if the house as well. They took pictures of before and after. It was well worth the Money and it should pay for itself by lowering my electric and heating bill."

"I have James and Michael on my schedule for the annual AC checkup. After they performed an annual AC check they reviewed a home inspection report concerning the AC. They used pictures to show me the issue, provide a quote and were on time to make the repair, also using pictures to show their work. Finished with a great clean up and an added value price. "Service One has been wonderful to work with, both for our plumbing and air conditioning matters. Our A/C had 3 leaks in it, and Duke Energy failed to cover these damages despite the fact I had purchased a coverage plan with them. ServiceOne gave me a great quote and our technician Otto was super knowledgeable, personable and all around a great person whom we felt very confident with. I received another quote from Ferran that was nearly $1,000 more than what ServiceOne quoted, and for a unit that wasn't as efficient. The A/C is working great, they have a great warranty plan for it, and have always been very timely in returning calls in the past. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a good company that is trustworthy and will take their time to talk to you."
