They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

"Great guy, very knowledgeable and delivers what he promises. I wanted to replace three boilers that showed severe carbon build-up on the units. Jeff explained the carbon build-up was do to lack of make up air being delivered to the space. Even through I had duct work bringing fresh air into the space it was not sufficient. Jeff recommended high-efficiency combo heater / water units with direct vents and introduced me to MassSave for 0% loan and rebates for each unit. I had a difficult situation with a multi-family home trying to replace three boilers and three water heaters simultaneously with cold weather starting to settle in and occupied units. Obviously I didn't want to leave my tenants without heat or hot water. Jeff formulated a plan that would minimize the down time I would be without both, he work diligently to execute that plan and he delivered as promised. In addition he was extremely helpful coordinating with National Grid to ensure they did their part and didn't cause any delays. "Came promptly for an estimate. Gave lots of info and brochures and explained SEER ratings, etc. Then the promised detailed estimate never arrived, and an email was returned as 'no such address - though it was right on the business card. My husband finally reached him on phone. Business card was a typo. We had a contract signed via email within a couple of days, and were able to pay in 6 installments which decreased the pain. Not the cheapest estimate we got, but more professional, and able to get in to replace our old central air system in days not weeks. We now are trying to get our Cool smart rebate so will see if we have enough info."
