"I called Brian to schedule an annual inspection for the HVAC system that B&L installed last May. Similar to my experiences last year, he immediately answered the telephone when I called him. I told him that our AC appeared to be operating just fine but I just wanted to have it checked annually so it wasn't an emergency. He made the trip to my house the very next day... calling to verify his arrival ahead of time. Once again, B&L's customer service was top notch. Brian arrived on time and expeditiously checked the unit (which was in perfect running condition). He didn't charge anything for his time which is very unusual in today's business world. I would strongly recommend contacting B&L for your HVAC needs as their professionalism goes above and beyond."

"He provided amazing service he deserves the highest possible rating"

"Heater installed by another contractor broke in the winter. Uncle A's came out the next day and got it fixed. Anthony is my new regular HVAC contractor. Shows up when he says he will and keeps at it until the job is done. What more can you ask?"

"Excellent install very professional, clean, and courteous. Would highly recommend!"

"Michael from Special-T Services was amazing! We thought we were going to need to replace our entire heat pump, but it turned out to just be a broken part. He found the issue quickly, fixed it, and saved us a huge expense. Highly recommend!"

"Friendly, respectful, and courteous . . . and they know what they are doing! Kept me informed. Listened to my concerns and preferences and addressed them. When they ran into a problem with a defective part from the manufacturer, they took their time to figure out the problem and get it fixed right. They installed a heat pump for the bottom two floors of my 120-year-old home, and they will be back to do another install for the top two floors. (Replacing two 35+ year-old gas furnace and electric air conditioner units.)"

"My pro arrived on time and was very efficient! He explained everything in detail! He was amazing and I would definitely use him again if I need him!!"

"Great first appointment, we were extremely pleased to have met and worked with this personable guy who brings with him a variety of applicable experience. Today he did some minor maintenance as well as assessed some upcoming repairs and projects and left us excited to be moving forward with our home task list."
