After looking and talking, the system including the furnace needed to be replaced. I decided to change the system after negotiating a price and they started to take out the old air conditioner and heater that afternoon and come back the next morning to install the new system. I asked Eddie if he could install a Nest Learning Thermostat I had purchased and he said no problem. They did cleaned up like they were never there. "Two technicians came, Jeremy and Ryan. They were great. They checked the thermostat, the electrical board that looks like the motherboard to a computer, some plastic pipes and the air filter. My bad. I went miles too long without replacing the air filter. Their explanation helped a lot. It reminded me of people and how if they take care of themselves, their internal organs don't strain as much to keep the body going. That's what happened to my a/c. I didn't take good care of the filter, so it had to strain a lot harder to keep going. They said I should replace my air filter every 3-6 months. I am so grateful that they came out so quickly because it gets very hot in my condo on the second floor. Again, great service, excellent attitude, prompt and outrageously good prices. I shudder to think of the companies that would claim all kinds of stuff "under the hood" and overcharge. I consider myself very lucky.

"Bill Walker is the tech that diagnosed my faulty condensing unit compressor to be grounded. Sounds like a good thing right? but its not. You never want to hear that. Should you ever do so you want Trabuco Air handling it. I was explained what was wrong and given options that i could comfortably choose from without just breaking the the already shaking bank. Trustworthy and reliable Bill is a cool cat and confident in his skill set. He knows air conditioning extensively and will solve your needs as well.
