"I own a business and had a company come out to fix our air conditioner. They came out 4 times, charged for all those time and the unit still was not working properly. "We have them do seasonal cleaning and checkup on the air conditioner and furnace. In the fall, they check the furnace/ heating. It the spring time, they check the air conditioning."
