Justin first showed up to evaluate my 15 year old unit - and then without any pressure, discussed my repair options, plus my replacement options. He was totally neutral, and I made my own decision with zero pressure. When I decided replacement was best for me, Justin found the ideal replacement high efficiency PTAC, priced it, picked it up from a warehouse and installed it flawlessly. He also checked in post-installation to ensure it was behaving correctly and that all settings were good. Iâ ve had many appliance specialists in my apartment, and Justin is THE BEST.
