"Mr Justin Barnes did an OUTSTANDING job installing a new PTAC/air conditioning and heating unit. Justin first showed up to evaluate my 15 year old unit - and then without any pressure, discussed my repair options, plus my replacement options. He was totally neutral, and I made my own decision with zero pressure. When I decided replacement was best for me, Justin found the ideal replacement high efficiency PTAC, priced it, picked it up from a warehouse and installed it flawlessly. He also checked in post-installation to ensure it was behaving correctly and that all settings were good. Iâ ve had many appliance specialists in my apartment, and Justin is THE BEST. Good, helpful, frank advice from someone who clearly loves repair and installation, plus helping people - who are freaked out by appliances - out.
