"ACS installed my Lennox A/C system 4 years ago and have maintained it since. The A/C went out Thursday night and I called ACS early Friday morning. I explained to Sandy, the dispatcher, that I was sick and wasn't looking forward to spending time in a hot house. She was very understanding and arranged to have Manny at my house at 8:45am. Manny is a very professional and competent technician. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly (a blown fuse). He also recommended a couple of improvements to my system that would make a future outage less likely. I had him install a surge suppressor on the air handler and a hard start unit on the compressor. I have nothing but good things to say about Manny, Sandy, Patrick, Milo, Dustin, Daniel and all the other people I have dealt with at ACS."
